Outdoor portrait sessions are a relaxed, on-location shoot at a scenic park — a natural complement to your studio photos. Booking takes just a minute:
A dedicated one-on-one session with a photographer at a scenic outdoor park location, capturing a variety of poses and backdrops. Your images are added to your portrait collection alongside your studio photos.
Plan for about 60 minutes on location. Arriving a few minutes early helps us make the most of your time and the natural light.
Sessions are held at outdoor park locations selected for their scenery and lighting. When you book, you'll choose from the parks available for your school, then pick a date and time.
Outdoor sessions depend on the weather. If conditions look unsafe or unworkable (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat), we'll reach out to reschedule you for the next available date at no extra charge. Light overcast is great for portraits, so most sessions run as planned.
If you purchased an Outdoor Custom or Deluxe package, your outdoor session is already included at no additional cost. Just book your preferred park, date, and time here — there's nothing more to pay.
No. Outdoor images are not submitted to the senior section of the yearbook, so your outdoor session can take place before or after your school's yearbook deadline.
Yes. If you need to change your date or time, please let us know as early as possible so your slot can be offered to another family. Same-day changes may not always be possible depending on availability.
Wear something you feel great in and that suits an outdoor setting. Layers, a second outfit, and comfortable shoes for walking between spots are all good ideas. Feel free to bring a small personal item or prop that reflects your personality.
